  • Panels are delivered sealed and sanded.
     
  • We integrate the margin boards of the deck with the panels wherever possible.
     
  • Only the sealant joint against the paintwork needs to be polished level for bonding.
     
  • All margin boards are deliberately made 3 mm wider than strictly necessary (you never know). “Loose” margin boards are generally also bonded with the panels at the same time.
     
  • After bonding we clean the sealant joints in between the panels, which can then be caulked.
     
  • Advantage: lead time gain and only light sanding, just before delivery.
     
  • Nice for the painters. We hardly produce any dust.
     
  • We bond all wood with Sikaflex onto a sheet of polyester (1 mm) in our workshop.
     
  • Advantage in comparison with multiplex:  form-retaining, flexible in vertical direction, waterproof, never rots, therefore, and weight-saving.
